A dedicated, hardworking individual who is studying nursing and has medical experience. My optimistic and enthusiastic personality makes me passionate about giving my patients the best care and support that I can provide. In my past roles in healthcare positions, I have loved making an impact on the community that can change lives.

Education

2024-Present

Coker University

Nursing Student

I am currently in the nursing program to become a registered nurse.

2021-2023

Anderson University

Pre-Nursing

I was able to take all of my pre-requisites and pre-nursing courses during my time here. This is a blessing to be going to a school with a cadaver lab, anatomy virtual reality set, and simulation labs. It is incredibly hands-on with professors who want to see each student succeed.

2023

CEA CAPA

Global Health Summer in London

Summer of 2023, I had the opportunity to do a six-week study abroad in London. I was placed in an internship and took a course on comparative healthcare systems. This broadened my perspective on culture and diversity. During this time, I was also able to experience France, Scotland, Wales, and other parts of the United Kingdom.

2017-2021

Florence-Darlington Technical College

Dual Enrollment

I was able to receive college credits for courses I took through the dual enrollment program while I was still in high school. This allowed me to enter college with 25 credits.

2017-2021

Emmanuel Christian School

High School Diploma

In 2021, I graduated high school. My junior and senior years were spent during the Covid pandemic, which created a newness in the way I finished my education. I was the recipient of the Volunteer Service Award in recognition of learning to be a servant to others through ministry, school, and community service.
